A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based at our offices in West Bromwich/Birmingham.

Purpose of the role
To deliver a consistently high customer service which enhances the quality of life for tenants by providing safe, secure, and attractive environments, creating sustainable communities.
About you
We are looking for a flexible, approachable individual with the ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviour. You will be customer-focused and have the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
You will have good general IT skills and an understanding of the need for confidentiality.
